AImpact provides an AI visibility tracking platform that helps businesses monitor and improve their brand's presence across AI models including but not limited to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI platforms. The Service includes:

  • Brand visibility analysis across AI platforms
  • Competitor tracking and comparison
  • Content optimization recommendations
  • Real-time monitoring and alerts
  • Insight reports and analytics dashboards

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate and complete information
  • Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update your account information if changes occur

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Our Service integrates with third-party AI platforms to provide visibility analysis. You acknowledge that:

  • We do not control third-party AI platforms and their policies
  • Visibility data depends on AI platform algorithms and may change
  • We cannot guarantee accuracy or completeness of AI visibility reports
  • You must comply with third-party platform terms when using our Service

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIMPACT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AImpact and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in illegal or prohibited activities
  • Fail to pay subscription fees

You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
